- Stretching is worth the time. It helps lengthen muscles, circulate blood and improves connective tissues. Regular stretching on the legs makes it lean and long.
- Learn to accept your body shape; don't call it silly names. Once you accept and respect your body, your mind will nurture it and keep it fit.
