- Too much stress could cause you to gain weight. Cortisol, a stress hormone signals your body to store fats to prepare for fight or fight when faced with stressors.
- Yellow, orange, red or green fruit and vegetables are great sources of antioxidants such as carotenoids. Eat more colours !!
