Tips On Making Southern Fried Dill Pickles.

Ingredients for making Southern Fried Dill Pickles:-

1 cup cornmeal
2 eggs beaten
2 ¼ cups flour
1 cup milk
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¾ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 quart sliced dill pickles
vegetable oil
salt and pepper

Instructions On Making Southern Fried Dill Pickles :-

Combine 2 eggs, ¼ cup flour, milk, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, cayenne pepper, Mrs. Dash, and garlic powder - stirring well.

Set aside. Combine cornmeal, 2 cups flour, salt and pepper, mix well.

Dip drained pickles into milk mixture and dredge in flour mixture.

Deep fry at 350 degrees until golden brown. Drain. Salt and pepper to taste.

Also works great with pepperoncinis.

Recipe On Making A Nice Apple Brown Betty.

Ingredients :-

1 cup dried breadcrumbs
¼ cup melted butter
2 ½ cup apples, peeled and sliced
¾ cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon cloves
½ teaspoon grated lemon rind
¼ cup water
juice of ½ lemon
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup raisins

Instructions :-

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter.

Put 1/3 of mix in 8-inch baking dish.

Cover with a layer of ½ of the apples.

Stir together the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and lemon rind.

Sprinkle about half of this sugar mixture over the apple mix in the baking dish.

Mix together the water, lemon juice, and vanilla and sprinkle half this on top of the sugar layer.

Reserve the remaining lemon juice and water. Add another layer of crumbs, then the raisins.

Cover with the remaining apples, sprinkle with the remaining sugar mix, and then lemon juice and water.

Place the last third of the crumb mix on top.

Cover the dish and bake about 40 minutes.

Remove cover and raise heat to 400 degrees and let top brown for 15 minutes.

Peach Bread Recipe.

Ingredients :-

1 ½ cups sugar
½ cup shortening
2 eggs
2 ¼ cups pureed fresh peaches (6-8)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Cream sugar and shortening together.

Add eggs and mix thoroughly.

Add peach puree and dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly.

Add vanilla and chopped pecans and stir until blended.

Pour into two loaf pans that have been well-greased and floured.

Bake at 325 degrees for an hour.

Cool for a few minutes, then remove from pan.

Makes two 9-inch loaves.

If you are working in a position that offers telecommuting, beware! Any job that can be done by telecommuting can easily be outsourced or off shored. Telecommuting is a work arrangement where the employee is located off-site but connected to the office by Internet and telephone. If you think about it, there isn’t a whole lot of difference between directly employing a teleworker and paying a contractor to perform the same task.

Outsourcing is the contracting of work to an outside firm. By contracting out this work, employers save themselves the hassle and expense of having an employee.

Since the late 1990’s, there has been an increasing trend for outsourcing firms to locate overseas in countries like India, Malaysia, China, or Eastern Europe.

A telecommuting position requires the worker to have access to the Internet. Telecommuters usually have to stay connected to the office and the company’s customers by telephone.

What You Need For Ingredients:-

- One tub of fat free vanilla yogurt

- Two packets of single serve instant oatmeal

- Two handfuls of fruit, or fruit jam if preferred

- Two heaping tablespoons of margarine

How To Make Your No Bake Cheesecake Fake:

- Combine oatmeal packets and margarine until crumbly, then press into pie plate to form crust

- Refrigerate pie crust overnight

- Spoon yogurt on top of pie crust to create a layer one inch in thickness

- Refrigerate yogurt and crust two hours

- Scatter fruit and/or jam in a thin even layer over the (now set) yogurt layer, preserving a few pieces of fruit or a dollop of jam to decorate the top

- Cover fruit layer with 1-2 inches of yogurt and decorate with remaining fruit

- Refrigerate pie overnight to set

Waffles were introduced by Dutch settlers back in 17th century.

The Dutch settlers called them stroopwafels.

Here are a simple plain waffle recipe.

Don't worry about cooking up a waffle. Its a simple recipe.

You will need :-

- A Waffle Iron
- A Box of Waffle Mix
- A Mixing Bowl
- A Wire Whisk
- A Ladle

You will need these ingredients :-

- Butter
- 2 cups waffle mix ( Makes about 8 waffles )
- 1 - 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup of oil

Cooking :

Mix waffle mix, eggs and milk in a bowl.

Use a wire whisk to stir contents until lumps disappear.

Then allow the batter to rest for about 4-5 minutes.

Meanwhile, lightly grease waffle iron with butter.

Heat waffle iron until hot.

Using a ladle, pour a sufficient amount of batter onto the waffle iron.

Close the lid and bake until the steaming ceases - about 7 minute.

Take out the waffles, place on a plate.

Add butter and maple syrup on top.

If you prefer to have a Belgium waffle, add strawberries and whipped cream.

However you choose whatever toppings you prefer for your plain waffle.

My favourite - cold strawberry ice creams topped with chocolate syrup that melts upon contact with the hot waffle - yummy.

Tip : There are a variety of waffle irons on the market. They also come in a variety of shapes as well, for example - round, square and heart shaped. They can be affordable or expensive, so be sure to do your homework carefully and choose one that will last you a long time.

Making waffles is not only easy to do, but fun as well. You can be sure that your kids will be calling to you in the morning asking to have waffles for breakfast.
